Registration papers records are only available for 5 years. |
Please use this form for all inquiries regarding registration papers.
If you call or visit any of the retail stores about registration papers, they
will not be able to help you. All issues with registration papers are handled
by the corporate office via this web site only. You may also send an e-mail

include your puppy's Store ID number in the e-mail or fax.
