Description: The French Bulldog is the French version of the British Bulldog. He has a similar square face but without the exaggeration of the shortened muzzle. He carries his large ears erect, well-up on his skull. His dark eyes are full of expression, usually kindly but capable of a glint which suggests that he does not suffer fools gladly.

Weight: 24-28 lbs.
Colors: Piebald, Black, Brendle, Fawn, Fawn & White
Coat: Short, close and shiny.
Temperament: Cheerful and intelligent.
Activity: He rushes about when taking exercise, but finds hot days hard going, tending to breathe noisily when under servere stress.
Living Environment: He makes a charming house dog and gives the impression that he would guard hearth and home with his life.
