Pet Pros Return Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges on any Live Animals

All sales are final on all live animals. Pet Pros does not allow returns or exchages on any live animal. This includes all puppies, fish, reptiles, small animals, birds, and all other live animals.

3 Day Guarantee on Freshwater Tropical Fish

If a freshwater tropical fish dies within 72 hours of purchase, we will happily replace the fish at full price. The fish must be in one bag, a water sample from the aquarium must be in another bag, and a the original dated receipt must accompany the two bags. If the water is within the paramaters for pH, ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates, then the replacement fish is given. If not within the paramaters, no replacement is given. The guarantee is void if the fish is killed by a tank mate, or commits suicide (jumps out of the aquarium). No refunds are given, only replacements.

3 Day Guarantee on Saltwater Tropical Fish

If a saltwater tropical fish dies within 72 hours of purchase, we will happily replace the fish at half the regular price. The fish must be in one bag, a water sample from the aquarium must be in another bag, and a the original dated receipt must accompany the two bags. If the water is within the paramaters for pH, ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates, then the replacement fish is given. If not within the paramaters, no replacement is given. The guarantee is void if the fish is killed by a tank mate, or commits suicide (jumps out of the aquarium). No refunds are given, only replacements.

Pet Supplies and Products Other Than Live Animals

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, Pet Pros will allow returns or exchanges on all products other than live animals within 7 days of purchase if accompanied by the original receipt.
