Where Did My Puppy Come From?
We at Pet Pros have dedicated the last 20 years of our lives to the betterment of animals and,
in particular dogs and puppies. Our mission is to help begin a puppy's journey to your loving home
with the best start and the best health we can provide. In return, we know your puppy will become
a reliable friend that makes you smile daily.
A Pet Pros puppy's life begins in a great way. Good parents raise good puppies. The females are
selected for their qualities that promote the breed standards. Males have to be near perfect to be
allowed to pass his qualities on to offspring. This attention to detail ensures Pet Pros puppies
have the best possible start in life.
Pet Pros receives their puppies from USDA inspected and licensed, reputable breeders and brokers
ONLY. The USDA license is very difficult to obtain and to keep as the breeders must follow strict
health and humane guidelines and must be inspected by appointment and by SURPRISE inspections.
We have been a leading pet supplier in the Las Vegas area since 1989, and we have always maintained
and demanded the highest standards possible from our suppliers. Also to ensure quality and humane
conditions all puppies must have a State Health certificate from the state in which they come.
The State license guidelines can be stricter than the USDA and ensures another level of protection
for healthy and humanely treated pets. We choose only from the best breeders who have the highest
regards for cleanliness and health care. Each of our breeders/suppliers furnishes an up-to-date
record of the health care and vaccinations each puppy has received. During their stay with us,
this high standard of care continues with no expense spared. We have full time kennel technicians
whose job is the daily care, grooming, and feeding of the puppies from the moment they arrive
through the time they go home with their new family.
The puppies' transportation to Pet Pros is also part of their best possible start. They are
carried to the point of delivery on climate controlled, custom outfitted vehicles. Each of these
vehicles has redundant heating and air-conditioning systems that ensure that the puppies are always
in a climate controlled environment. In addition, there are two puppy care technicians on each
transport vehicle, one focused on driving safely, the other maintaining the quality of care for
the puppies. The customized transportation maintains conditions much like children in car seats.
As a result, puppies sleep most of the trip.
